Key Terms Explained in Plain Words
- Real money is your deposits plus winnings you can cash out. Bonus money comes from a promotion and becomes real only after wagering.
- Wagering is the total you must bet before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. At 45x, a CA$44 bonus means CA$1,980 in qualifying bets.
- KYC ("know your customer") is the identity check we run before money leaves your account.
Step 1: Opening Your Account
What you do. Type an email, pick a password and keep the preset Canada and CAD. Creating the account is a promise: you have reached your province's gambling age (18 in Quebec, Manitoba and Alberta, 19 elsewhere in Canada), local law lets you gamble online, you can sign contracts, nothing bars you from gambling, we never terminated an earlier account of yours for conspiracy, fraud, criminal acts or broken rules, and you know real-money bets can be lost.
If the age part proves false, we shut the account and what was paid in or won there is forfeited. Name, birthday, home address and phone are added to your profile when the site requests them, and must stay accurate.
Where it can go wrong. Say you open a second profile so your partner can try the welcome offer too. Any account after your first is a duplicate, whoever it is meant for and whatever email, device, address or IP it runs on. That account can be blocked without notice; every bonus, free spin and win collected on it is cancelled, and our terms allow us to confiscate the money deposited there. Lending your login, buying someone's account or moving balance to another player is banned too, and you answer for every action taken with your login.
What this means for you: one account, your own details, a password nobody else knows.
Step 2: Your First Deposit
What you do. Open the cashier and choose a method; each sets its own smallest and largest deposit (see our payments page). Your balance is kept in CAD.
Where it can go wrong.
- You pay with a parent's card or a friend's wallet: refused. Only cards and accounts held in your name work, the money must be lawfully yours, and cash is never taken.
- You top up and ask for the money back without playing: not possible. Anti-money laundering rules say a deposit has to be bet first.
- We cannot yet tell who is paying: we may decline the deposit until your identity, age, address and ability to pay are proven.
What this means for you: start small, with money you can afford to lose.
Step 3: Taking the Welcome Bonus
This package covers four deposits, no promo code needed (current offer: bonuses page). Crypto deposits get a separate crypto package instead; its first stage takes the code shown on the offer.
Before you activate. A credited stage waits 7 days for you to switch it on. An open payout request blocks new stages from landing. One claim per person, which also counts for the household, device, address, email, IP, phone and payment account.
While you wager. You need bets worth 45 times the bonus (the rule is the same for cash and for free spins) within 7 days of activation. The stake ceiling is CA$7, feature buys, purchased bonus rounds and doubled stakes included. Your own money is spent before the bonus balance; only one bonus can be active, and deposit bonuses don't combine. Games count like this:

While the bonus is active you cannot play jackpots, live dealer games or table games, and the Bonus Terms list further barred titles. Adding a deposit during free spins, or holding back bonus rounds and parked table bets to finish after the wagering, is abuse, and the winnings from it may be cancelled.
When you cash out. Cash-bonus winnings you can withdraw reach at most four times the deposit. Ask for a payout mid-wagering and the bonus disappears with everything it won, leaving your real money. Declining or dropping a bonus is always your choice.
Other promotions bring their own conditions; when silent, activate within 48 hours and wager within 5 days, and a deposit promo code is valid for 48 hours from the payment. Coin Shop rewards are wagered 35 times within 5 days, and one reward can pay out CA$75 at most.
What this means for you: do the sum first. A CA$130 deposit at the first stage (100%) brings a CA$130 bonus, which needs CA$5,850 in slot bets within 7 days, at CA$7 a spin at most. Too much? Skip it: the bonus is optional.
Step 4: Playing by the Rules
Every game comes with its own rules; read them before your first spin.
- Your balance grows for no reason. If we paid you by error, report it: the money goes back, and bets made with it may be voided.
- A game freezes mid-round. We review each case fairly, for instance by restoring the last bet or the balance.
- Screen and server disagree. Outcomes are set by a random number generator, and the server's log decides.
Letting a bot or AI tool bet, teaming up with other players, hiding your IP behind a VPN, sending forged documents or abusing bonuses can end in voided winnings or a suspended account.
What this means for you: play yourself, and ask support about money you did not win.
Step 5: Your First Withdrawal
The identity check (KYC)
Asking for your first payout normally sets off the check, though our Risk Department is free to request it before then. Have three things ready:
- a colour image of your passport, residence permit, national ID card or driver's licence;
- a document proving your address, issued within 3 months that names you and gives your full address, such as a utility bill or bank statement (no screenshots or edited files);
- proof the payment method is yours (for a card, both sides with CVV and middle digits covered).
Use the upload in your account area; email to [email protected] works as well. With the full set in, the check takes our KYC team no more than 72 hours, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3). Allow yourself no more than 30 calendar days after a payout request (or our request); miss it and we close the account permanently and confiscate its winnings. Until you pass, payouts top out at €2,000 per 24 hours and €2,300 since registration. Some players are also asked for a selfie with the ID or a booked video call; skipping the call can cost winnings and account.
How the money reaches you
Once you are verified, payout requests are handled on weekdays in the same hours. Your very first payout may come by bank transfer, which helps complete the identity check. Deposited with a method that does not accept payouts? We choose a different one for you. Minimum payout: CA$30 for most methods, CA$80 in crypto, CA$15 by bank transfer. Upper limits follow your loyalty level:

You cannot have more than three requests pending at once.
Fees and refunds
Say you deposit CA$80, stake CA$100 of real money and ask to cash out. Three times the deposit is CA$240 and you are below it, so we may keep up to a tenth of what you withdraw, or ask you to play on to CA$240. A processing fee may apply to any withdrawal. Want a deposit refunded? Ask within a day of paying and before playing it (30 days if someone else got into your account).
What this means for you: before pressing Withdraw, check: wagering finished? Three times your deposit staked?
Taking Time Off or Leaving
A Take a Break pause cannot be ended early, and starting one cancels any pending payout back to your balance. Every safer-play tool is described on the responsible gaming page.
If you stop playing for a while
Half a year passes without a real-money bet, and the account turns dormant. We may then take a 10 EUR fee (in CAD at the equivalent) at 00:00 UTC when each month begins, until a new real-money bet or a zero balance stops it, and any bonus funds are cancelled. After 12 months in that state the account is classed as inactive; if we contact you and get no reply, it may be deleted, with its balance voided.
If you want to leave
- Write to [email protected], sending from the email address your account uses; we cannot promise to act on mail from elsewhere.
- Allow 24 hours' notice or more, and empty the balance first; money left on it, or a withdrawal in progress, blocks closure.
- Our reply confirms the closure and gives its date.
Leaving because gambling became a problem means you agree never to sign up here again; casinos of the partners listed in our licence are also off limits.
If we step in
Our side can end the agreement too. Closure by us for money laundering, fraud, collusion, cheating or a breach of the terms that harmed us or someone else means the balance is forfeited. Any other closure is announced in writing, with the balance paid out on request. During a review the account may be suspended: no deposits, withdrawals, bets or new bonuses until we reopen or close it.
